Last year my goal was to stay healthy. I finally have the IBS under control thanks to Miralax and Align. My weight is stable. After losing 40+ lbs 3 years ago, I've always worried about putting it back on. Christmas 2010 I gained about 10 lbs back and it freaked me out. This year I vowed it wouldn't happen and I'm proud to say it didn't. I looked at past workouts and Christmas 2010 I quit lifting weights and just ran. This year I mixed it up. I worked out 247 days. I'm cutting back this year. I'm sticking to 4 days a week. 3 days of weight lifting with some high intensity running and 1 day with a good long run. I feel great.
This year I'd like to set some fun goals.
- Yeast: it scares the bejeepers out of me, this year I want to conquer that fear and make homemade bread
- Nikon: I want to know every button on my new camera and take great photos
- Bible study: I've had the Max Lucado bible study book for 2 years now and I'm ashamed to say I haven't even opened it
- PSE actions: Already started working on this, I think this will be easy and fun
- Art Journal: Create a semi-daily art journal keeping track of life's little moments
- Start a blog (done!)
