Chalean

So I ditched the PeakFitness. I missed running. The workouts mixed weight training and aerobics. I like to do a half hour weight training session followed by a half hour running and then one day of a full hour of running. I also didn't feel like I was getting enough weights in PeakFitness. It was more aerobic with some weights. Not my style. She did some killer exercises with legs though.

I'm going back to Chalean Extreme. I did a month of it last fall and I enjoyed it. Instead of doing each phase for 4 weeks, I did them each for 1 week. I like it. She is very motivating and likable.

Working on making something with yeast next week . . .
